Just you and the universe judging each other

Queer Ranter decided to tag me with a meme.

Behold: The High School Meme

What's your favourite subject(s)?
English

Who's your favourite teacher?
Pretty much all of them; they were dedicated, hardworking individuals who were flawed just like any human being, but at least they didn't slack.

What's your worst subject?
Add Maths. I was terrible at it.

Did you sit beside a boy or a girl?
Boy, who was Queer Ranter.

Did you hold any position in school?
Unofficial go-to for creative expression. e.g.: C please write the script for this year's concert. C please help us create the school newsletter. C please go over this. etc.

It was actually fun, until the usual adult egos kicked in.

Is your school a co-ed or all-boys school?
Isn't this kind of a weird question considering the previous one?

Did you represent your school in any competition?
Actually no. We didn't compete in many inter-school things, despite our commitment to holistic education.

How did you go to school?
Bussery.

Do you still keep in touch with your school mates all these years?
Some very important ones. The rest are pretty much gone, much like the transient nature of youth and life.

Did you study Form 6?
God, no. Ugh.

k, that's that. I am now meme-free, and now I shall mention the weird oddity that is life. I got tagged by QR as I'm listening (for the, oh, 50th time?) to Nelly Furtado's Explode, which is a wonderful song about the volatility of youth, and the nowness of now, and like most Nelly Furtado music, is upbeat, fun, and dearly infectious.

I just want to add that the music video is gorgeous.
